Summary:
The responsiveness under conditions of isolated anther culture in vitro of the collection of spring soft wheat Triticum aestivum L. genotypes was assessed. Genotypes were identified that are promising for use as donor plants when introduced into culture in vitro. It was shown that there is no correlation between the frequency of embryo formation in parental genotypes and their hybrids.
