Summary:
The obtained data concerned MeJA and BAP-induced effects on growth, water metabolism and hormonal balance revealed similarity in the level of regulation of antistress reactions by these phytohormones under osmotic stress, which proves the endogenous cytokinins`s involvement of in the demonstration of the protective effect of MeJA on wheat plants.
