Summary:
A comparative study of the effect of commercial chitosan preparations “Narcissus”, “Ecogel” and “Agrohit” on the germination of the roots of cucumber seeds, as well as on the growth of their above-ground parts, was carried out. A pronounced growth-promoting effect of these commodity forms of chitosan, as well as the effect when used in conjunction with the Vostok-Em 1 microbiological fertilizer, has been established.
