Are being considered the questions improving the efficiency of forest planning, planning and implementation of measures for the maintenance and use of forests based on the development and application of forestry principles for the allocation of elementary and integrated territorial objects of forestry - forest inventory - forest management. At the same time, to achieve the goal are established and substantiated composition of initial principles and criteria for identifying elementary naturaltargeted forestry objects - forest management, formation, taking into account the variety of their natural properties and the target purpose of forests, complex objects of different sizes and complexity, structured on the basis of forest typological conditions and principles of forestry fire and sanitary safety, as well as the purpose and design of systemic forestry activities at these facilities. The selection (formation) of the totality of such objects, its structuring is the silvicultural basis for building a rational system of effective targeted forest management, successive planning, design and implementation of silvicultural conservation measures - maintaining forests in a state of continuous effective functioning during rational forest management.
