Summary:
The paper describes the results of laboratory tests of the fruits of lemons grown in the greenhouse of the training and experimental farm of the Ufa Forest Engineering Technical School (Ufa Limonary). Analyzed data on the content of toxic elements and the results of parasitological studies of lemons. It is shown that the agrotechnical measures carried out at the farm allow to obtain safe food products that comply with the State Standards.
