Summary:
The article presents the results of studying the variability of the number of flowers in the inflorescence of Oxytropis hippolyti Boriss. (Fabaceae), which is included in the "Red book of the Republic of Bashkortostan" (2011) and "Red book of the Russian Federation" (2008). The study was conducted in the most eastern and isolated natural population O. hippolyti in the vicinity of mount Gurovsky (the Republic of Bashkortostan, Kushnarenkovsky region) for 5 years (2014-2018 years). The obtained data revealed differences in the limit and average values of the number of flowers in the inflorescence of O. hippolyti, the level of variability of this indicator, the frequency of occurrence of inflorescences in the number of flowers by years of observations.
