Enzymatic activity characterizes the intensity of biochemical processes in the soil. Provides systemenvironmental concept of the enzymatic activity of soils, whereby the creation and functioning of soil enzymatic activity is an environmentally induced by admission process, immobilization and the activity of enzymes in the soil. Shows a multifunctional enzyme activity dependence of soil properties, of natural and anthropogenic factors, such as physical, agrochemical, physico-chemical properties of the soils, hydrothermal, physicogeographical conditions, agrotechnology, oil contamination of the soil. It is shown that the enzymatic indicators are perspective in monitoring of the soil.
