Влияние фитогормонов на рост колоний и степень споруляции различных изолятов патогена stagonospora nodorum

Аннотация:

В настоящее время фитогормоны цитокинины (ЦК) и абсцизовая кислота (АБК) рассматриваются как важные регуляторы взаимодействия между патогенами и растениями. Тем не менее, сведения о роли этих фитогормонов в патогенезе противоречивы, а информация о роли ЦК и АБК в регуляции процессов роста и развития грибов весьма ограничена. В данной работе было изучено влияния ЦК и АБК на рост колоний и степень споруляции различных изолятов патогена Stagonospora nodorum SnБ, Sn9МН-3А и Sn4ВД. Подбор концентраций фитогормонов осуществлялся с использованием изолята S. nodorum SnБ и было показано, что концентрация как ЦК, так и АБК 0.1 мкМ оказывала наибольшее влияние на споруляцию гриба и меньше всего ингибировала радиальный рост мицелия. Добавление в среду культивирования ЦК или АБК ингибировало рост мицелия, но увеличивало споруляцию агрессивных изолятов S. nodorum SnБ и Sn9МН-3А. Причем степень влияния АБК на споруляцию этих изолятов отличалась. Авирулентный изолят Sn4ВД в присутствии фитогормонов ЦК и АБК увеличивал свой радиальный рост, но не начинал спороносить. Таким образом, эффект ЦК и АБК на рост колоний и степень споруляции патогена S. nodorum может быть противоположным и зависеть, как от концентрации фитогормонов, так и от генотипа штамма патогена.
